It does not matter if we like it or not, the reality is that we live in an interdependent world. We need one another. We cannot isolate any action. Perhaps it seemed that in a slower time we could, but that was an illusion. We are all one, but that doesn’t mean we all have to be the same.

There is something I have been hearing out in the world lately. I caught it being uttered in my yoga class this week, and I decided it was something worth addressing from the perspective of the first agreement. The first agreement, the first of the four agreements of the Toltec Tradition, is ‘be impeccable with your word.’

Through a serious of serendipitous circumstances, I had the honor to speak about my life and work at Spooky Action Ranch at Voice & Exit its very first year.

One of my recent works, Lady w/cat, has been accepted for exhibition in the current Wimberley Valley Art League show. I am delighted to have the work showing in the gallery at the Wimberley Community Center among many other fine artists.
